Had a flat tire on my way home from work today. Went straight to Raben. It was late, on a Friday. I know these guys were ready to head home. These guys stayed over just to put new tires on my car. They go above and beyond here. I appreciate them so much. Raben will always be my go to.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment. We are from out of town and hit a curb blowing out a tire. It was one hour before they closed. Although their schedule was completely full, they fit us in before closing so we could make the long drive home. Amazing hospitality and such a friendly staff. I highly recommend!

My grandkids mom took her car for a brake flush and have the front left caliper checked. They put check the right front caliper on the paper and she had to correct them. They told her everything was fine and she didn't need to do the brake flush because if the caliper went bad she would have to pay for the flush again. Not even 6 miles later and her left front tire was so hot it was smoking and glowing red. Of course they won't take responsibility for all of the damage it has now caused her car.

I left my car at Raben Tire to have my 4 tires replaced; this was the first tire change since the car was purchased new. When I left the vehicle I reset the odometer and boost gauge since I had to return to work while I left the car for service. The first thing I checked when returning to my car was the distance driven and if it was boosted hard. I was surprised to see that the tech at Raben thought it was necessary to hit max boost in a customer's car. This can only happen when driving the car and going wide open throttle. I returned to the store immediately and notified the staff. They spoke with the tech, which denied driving the car hard, but he did drive it in order to remove the tire pressure warning light (You only need to hit 25-30mph for the tpms to update). I was told management would be notified of the issue, and that was it. 4 days later I was able to get a thorough wash on my car and clean up all the grease that was still left on the wheels from the change. That is when I noticed multiple scratches on each of the wheels. I have done my best to maintain this car from the day I drove it off the lot 1.5 yrs ago, and I am disappointed/frustrated/let down, th
